depending on the complexity of the análisis they have advantage or not over the other, for just examine through the proxy I prefer Fiddler, free simple and has the same functionality for a basic analysis, sometimes you need to do your own addon to archive results.
for a short answer: B_urp its always available, has powerful automation and there is a lot of info on it, you can choose flavor as JMV or Binary, for sure its one of the top 10 MUST HAVE tools.
